From Major Highways
- From I-90/94 (Dan Ryan Expressway): Exit at Garfield Boulevard (55th Street). Head east on Garfield Boulevard for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right onto S Federal Street. TWT Clinic will be on your right at 5458 S Federal St.
- From I-57 (South): Merge onto I-94 North via the exit toward Chicago. Take the Garfield Boulevard exit. Turn left onto Garfield Boulevard heading east. Turn right onto S Federal Street and proceed to our facility.
- From I-55 (Stevenson Expressway): Take I-55 East to I-90/94 South (Dan Ryan Expressway). Exit at Garfield Boulevard (55th Street) and head east. Turn right onto S Federal Street to reach our treatment center.
From Nearby Cities
- From Evanston (approx. 20 miles): Take I-94 South (Edens Expressway, then Dan Ryan Expressway) toward downtown Chicago and continue south. Exit at Garfield Boulevard and follow signs east to S Federal Street.
- From Oak Park (approx. 15 miles): Take I-290 East to I-90/94 South. Exit at Garfield Boulevard, head east, and turn right onto S Federal Street.
- From Joliet (approx. 50 miles): Take I-55 North toward Chicago. Merge onto I-90/94 South (Dan Ryan Expressway). Exit at Garfield Boulevard heading east, then turn right onto S Federal Street.

- From Midway International Airport (MDW) — approx. 8 miles: Head east on W 55th Street. Continue on Garfield Boulevard east. Turn left onto S Federal Street. Our facility is a short, direct drive from Midway Airport.
Public Transportation
- CTA Red Line: Take the Red Line to the Garfield station (55th Street). Walk east approximately 3 blocks to S Federal Street. Our facility is a short walk south.
- CTA Green Line: Take the Green Line to the Garfield station. Transfer to the eastbound #55 Garfield bus and ride to S Federal Street.
- CTA Bus #29 (State Street): Ride the #29 bus southbound on State Street. Exit near 55th Street and walk one block west to S Federal Street.
